We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.
Can I exchange my jewelry for a different size or style?
Yes, we're happy to facilitate exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare case of damaged goods, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.

How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend storing jewelry in a dry place, avoiding contact with water, perfumes and chemicals. Clean with a soft cloth and remove before swimming or showering.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Most of our jewelry is made from sterling silver, gold-plated or surgical steel which are generally hypoallergenic. However, we recommend checking product descriptions for specific material information.
Do you offer jewelry cleaning services?
We currently don't offer professional cleaning services, but we're happy to provide detailed care instructions for each jewelry type upon request.
