Refund Eligibility
At Saffron Charme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Brooches with any signs of wear
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original invoice or order confirmation
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Saffron Charme
International Returns
For international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
